French Minister Alain Juppé visited Addis Abeba
Ministre d’Etat, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Mister Alain Juppé stopped over in Addis Abeba (July 9 and 10). He was coming back from Juba, where took place the ceremonies for the independence of South Sudan.
The Minister went first to the French-Ethiopian Alliance, where he inaugurated a new auditorium.
The evening at the french residence, a dinner bring together delegates of the French community and the Minister.
July, 10th, the French Minister had an interview with Prime Minister Meles, then one with Hailemariam Desalegn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and an other with Berhane Gebre-christos, Ethiopian Foreign Affairs State Minister.
Mister Juppé met also two members of the African Union: Mister Lamamra Ramtane, Commissioner for Peace and Security, and Mister Erastus Mwencha, Deputy Chairperson of the AU.
